(She/her)

I am passionate about helping others improve their lives by being more aligned with who they are. This means sifting through various traumas that so often cloud one’s sense of connection to self and others. Our experiences in life influence our thoughts and beliefs about who we are, and sometimes those thoughts are problematic and impact how we respond to stressors. That might translate into feeling stuck, struggling with life transitions, self-esteem, struggling to maintain healthy relationships, difficulty with setting healthy limits, and experiencing depression and anxiety. Those are just a few examples of how our our lived experiences impact our psyche.

I am a trauma-informed therapist, and my work centers around helping people move towards alignment with their values and healing through holistic mental wellness practices as well as evidenced-based methods. My therapy style is compassionate, supportive, and direct as I will be asking you to dig deep. Making the decision to come to therapy is tough and there are many things that may have prompted you to seek help so why not face it head on?! My hope is to create a space where you can own your story with compassion and understanding. We will absolutely move at your own pace, as your level of comfort in therapy is important to me. It’s a sacred part of your journey and I would be honored to be a part of it.

In a society where we distract or move away from the more difficult parts of our human experience, we unknowingly create a disconnect between ourselves and rightfully so, seeing as hurtful circumstances are often too much to bear alone.

We’ll explore how to address negative thought patterns, sit with tough emotions, and enhance your overall connection to self and with others. You are absolutely cable of finding your peace. Yes, life is hard (doing the most at times), even messy AND you still deserve a life worth living.

Here’s to the journey!
